空气采样规范
1．平板沉降法 选择消毒处理后与手术开始前期间进行，用9cm直径普通营养琼脂平皿放于手术间的采样点，30m2以下的手术间应设3个采样点(设一条对角线，上取3点，即中心一点，两端各距墙1m处一点)，30m2以上的设5个(东、西、南、北、中，潍坊icu，其中东、西、南、北点距墙1m)，离地面0.8m-1.5m处，打开平皿盖，和放于平皿旁，暴露5min，采样完毕后盖好盖，送37℃温箱中培养24h，观察并计算平皿的平均菌落数。
