ICU的建立是多种多样的，各种ICU的建设是结合各个医院的楼宇结构而设置，因为ICU病房往往和其他科室、病房相邻，因此在建筑设计时需要综合考虑， 有的以护士站为中心，其周围一圈为监护室；有的以护士站为中心，对面是扇形排列监护病床。The establishment of ICU is varied， the construction of various ICU is building structure with each hospital setting， because the ICU ward and other departments， often ward adjacent， so considering the need in the architectural design，icu 用药， some in the nursing station is the center of the circle for the ICU; some in the nursing station as the center， the opp*site is the fan care beds.
根据送气方式不同，济宁icu，净化技术可分为紊流系统和层流系统两种。(1)紊流系统(Multi－Directional Manner)：紊流系统的送风口及高效过滤器设于顶棚，回风口设于两侧或一侧墙面下部，过滤器和空气处理比较简单，扩建方便，造价较低，但换气次数少，一般为10～50次/h，容易产生涡流，污染粒子可能在室内涡流区悬浮循环流动，形成污染气流，降低室内净化度。只适用于NASA标准中
10 000～1000 000级的净化室。(2)层流系统(Laminal Flow System)；层流系统利用分布均匀和流速适当的气流，icu，将微粒、尘埃通过回风口带出手术室，不产生涡流，故没有浮动的尘埃，净化度随换气次数的增加而提高，适用于美国宇航局标准中100级的手术室。但过滤器密封破损率比较大，且造价较高。
