手术室无菌物品的采样规范
应在严格无菌技术操作下，icu净化，取供试品2份，用灭菌剪剪取无菌敷料、各种导管等各约1cm×3cm的样品，分别接种于40ml培养基中进行需氧菌、厌氧菌及真菌等培养。对不能用破坏性方法取样的特殊医疗用品，icu，可用棉拭子表面涂沫采样。
